About the Role
The Digital Success Officer at Degas Ghana Limited is a vital position within the Digital Success team, reporting to the Digital Success Manager and collaborating with the product development team based in Japan. As we expand rapidly in delivery service to the value chain and generate a lot of data, the team now looks forward to bringing on board a Digital Success Officer to gather and scrutinize data using specialist tools and generate information and insight that supports decision-making and overall operation in real-time.

Scope of Work:

  • Provide comprehensive training and support to field teams on the effective use of digital tools and app features.
  • Support to collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies between data input and display, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide timely technical support to the team for app usage and liaise with the development team to resolve issues promptly.
  • Work closely with the Digital Success Manager and development team to identify and implement user-friendly features for both agent apps and dashboards.
  • Translate operational data requests into actionable data points for the development team, performing necessary data cleaning and analysis to extract meaningful insights.
  • Ensure that agent apps are always up-to-date with the latest versions and features.

  • Strong understanding of, data analysis, data management, AI, and other relevant technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Android systems and their applications.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Location
This role is based in Tamale, Ghana, with travel required to Degas' regional offices and field locations in Northern Ghana, and partner sites.

Compensation
Competitive salary, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
